Governance

As all commercial foundations in Denmark, the fund must adhere to the Commercial Foundations Act, the Financial Statements Act and strive to follow the Danish Business Authority’s Recommendations on Good Foundation Governance.

The Fund is governed by an independent board of directors. The board members are appointed according to the fund’s charter, which among other aspects states that the board is to have expertise withiin business development within robotics. The board also has expertise within runing independent commercial funds.

Board members are unpaid and appointed for a period of four years.
